We want your memories to look perfect! For the crispest prints (like our Custom Polaroids or Calendars), please upload original, uncompressed photos directly from your camera roll.

Do: Use well-lit photos with a minimum resolution of 1080x1080 pixels. JPEG and PNG formats work best.

Don't: Avoid using screenshots, heavily zoomed-in photos, or images downloaded from WhatsApp/social media, as these are often compressed and may print out blurry.

Because we want to get your orders to you as quickly as possible, our printing process begins shortly after your order is placed.

We can only accept changes or cancellations within 2 hours of checkout. Please double-check your images before completing your purchase.

Delivery times depend on what you ordered:

• Standard Posters (Anime, Cars, Music): Processed within 2-4 business days.
• Custom Products (Polaroids, Calendars, Visiting Cards): Take an extra 2-3 business days for our team to properly format, print, and quality-check.
  Once dispatched, standard shipping generally takes 4 to 7 business days across India.

As soon as your order ships, we will send you a confirmation email and SMS containing your live tracking link. You can follow your package all the way to your doorstep.

We pack our prints securely, but sometimes accidents happen in transit. If your posters or custom prints arrive damaged, creased, or defective, please email us at rochakmittal0069@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include a clear photo of the damaged item and the packaging, and we will gladly send you a free replacement immediately.
